Combined Cycle Power Plant This power plant combines the Gas Turbine Power Plant and the Steam Turbine Power Plant thus we call it combined cycle. The exhaust waste of the Gas Turbine is used in a heat recovery steam generator. Mainly 2 turbinegenerators are used, 1 is for the gas turbine and 2 is for the steam turbine. The assembly has an efficiency ranging between 5060%.
